Scope overview
Bay of Plenty Regional Council wish to procure a research company to conduct annual bus user and non-user surveys. Council is seeking a fit for purpose survey solution that will ensure we reach a wide cross section of our Region, and we are open to reviewing new ideas and new ways of doing things to achieve those results.
