Het doel van de aan te besteden opdracht is het vervoeren van leerlingen en medewerkers van opdrachtgever middels busvervoer. Een flexibele opstelling van opdrachtnemer, waarbij zoveel mogelijk uit handen genomen wordt en bestel/afroepwijze voor de gebruikers zo gemakkelijk mogelijk gemaakt is hierbij van groot belang.
