Formålet med denne anskaffelsen er å inngå kontrakt med en teknisk byggeleder for å bistå med oppfølging av byggingen av tiltakene.Utførelse av sikringstiltakene foregår i byggesesongene 2026-2028 (mellom 1. juni og 31. oktober hvert år).
