Contractors scope for the works is generally as follows: � Install site fencing, barriers, signage, controls such as required for the safe execution of works and for compliance with relevant New Zealand Legislation. Particular hazards include but are not limited to the protection and exclusion of public, working at heights, safety from falling, operation and working around heavy machinery.

� Traffic Management allowing access to transfer station and wastewater treatment plant while works are occurring.

� Commitment to realising sustainable procurement opportunities � Collaborative and proactive approach � Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management � Full reinstatement of pavement, surfacing, paved areas, kerb and channel, footpath and berm as applicable � Protect items that are to remain, make good any damage to existing, clean and tidy site � Prepare and implement Construction Methodology for the safe execution of works � Carry out all temporary works design � Establish temporary services as required for the execution of works.

� Carryout all works as required for the installation of weighbridge and siteworks, all as shown, indicated and implied by the drawings, as well as all associated works such as demolition, supply and delivery, installation and commissioning of all materials, labour, fittings, plant etc, necessary for full completion of the works described.

� Handover in good working order, complete with all instructions necessary for the correct operation and maintenance of the facility. � Opportunity to improve access, usability and layout of the transfer station.
