Scope overview
Invercargill City Council (ICC) intends to appoint a Project Management firm with whom ICC will enter into a contract to provide turnkey project management services to deliver a carpark, toilet and mountain bike and walking trails at Bluff Hill. The services will commence immediately upon appointment.
It is intended that if a Project Management Consultant has the capacity and capability, it may be asked to join the ICC Project Management Panel. This will be managed via a separate process
