Scope overview
Following on from Registration of Interest published on 30th June 2023, ICC wishes to appoint a main contractor (the Main Contractor) to provide preconstruction services and contract works of the Project 1225 Museum base build at Queens Park, Invercargill.
It is expected that the period of engagement from start to finish will be from December 2023 through to December 2025 or the completion of the Base Build Contract (excluding any defects liability periods).
