Invercargill City Council (ICC) invites building contractors to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit their proposal for the alterations to two units in the Elston Lea Village located at 50 Murphy Street, Invercargill. Invercargill City Council Housing Care Service provides adequate, affordable housing for New Zealand citizens who meet Council�s entry criteria.

The Council owns 21 complexes providing 215 rental housing units for seniors in Invercargill and Bluff. The Housing Care Service has always been self-funding, with income derived solely from rents: there is no draw on rates. The Service provides comfortable and affordable accommodation for elderly people who need help with housing and are eligible. People 60 years and over have first priority.
