Scope overview
Te Whatu Ora is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to refurbish an existing building, on the Hillmorton Hospital site, to make it fit for purpose for the transfer of the Child, Adolescent and Family Community (CAF Community) from The Princess Margaret Hospital (TPMH) to Hillmorton Hospital, Christchurch (the Project).
This is the second stage of the project, the first stage being the strengthening of the building which will be completed in July. You have been selected through a Registration of Interest process to tender for the Child, Adolescent and Family Refurbishment Project. The opportunity is to complete the refurbishment of the exterior of the building along with the internal fit-out.
The building has been recently strengthened, to as close as practicable to 100% IL2.
