We help countries grow competitive garment sectors that create decent jobs for workers, support strong business outcomes for factories and international buyers, and drive economic development for the country. A proven approach Our tried-and-tested Factory Engagement Model is the global gold standard for improving working conditions while delivering business success.

In addition to working directly with factories, we collaborate with governments to strengthen labour laws, with brands to ensure sustained progress, and with development partners to amplify impact at scale. Through in-depth research and hands-on experience, we share best practices that help shape policy and drive action across the industry.

From local stakeholders to global decisionmakers, we are inspiring a shared commitment to improve working conditions in the garment industry, everywhere. Impact Our work and research have demonstrated that good working conditions are a more profitable business model, benefiting all.
