Reference: rfx_4891_ROAP The ILO is seeking an External Collaborator to support the development of regionally agreed ASEAN Guidelines on OSH for the Informal Sectors, with a focus on agriculture, fisheries, and mining.
Key tasks include: 1) Conducting a desk-based mapping and analysis of legal and institutional frameworks across ASEAN Member States; 2) Drafting the ASEAN Guidelines aligned with international labour standards and Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW); and 3) Facilitating regional consultation and validation workshops through the ASEAN-OSHNET network.
The consultant will work in close coordination with the ILO, the ASEAN Secretariat, and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of the Philippines. Deliverables include an inception note, a mapping inventory, a zero draft of the Guidelines, and final validated Guidelines for adoption by ASEAN Labour Ministers.
