Scope overview

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a recurring requirement for the supply and delivery of assorted textile webbings manufactured in accordance with the applicable DND specifications. The requirement includes eight (8) types of woven webbings (nylon and cotton) used in the manufacture and repair of load-bearing equipment and other military applications.

Deliveries are to be made Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to the following Canadian Forces Supply Depots, by appointment only: 7 CFSD – Edmonton, Alberta 25 CFSD – Montréal, Québec The first delivery must occur within 60 calendar days from contract award, with all remaining deliveries completed no later than 31 March 2026. There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation.

Partial bids are permitted; each item (webbing) will be evaluated and awarded individually to the lowest evaluated price bidder meeting all mandatory requirements.
