Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to procure Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicles (CPAV) and associated integrated logistics support (ILS) to the Department of National Defense.This requirement is subject to a two (2) phase competitive procurement process. The first phase, phase I, Request for Proposal (RFP) is a qualification process to create a pre-qualified bidders list for phase II.
As a result of this phase I RFP, a pre-qualified bidders list will be created.The second phase, phase II, will be issued to the bidders on the phase I pre-qualified bidders list to Request for Proposal (RFP) of Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicles (CPAV) and associated integrated logistics support (ILS) from each of the following vehicles:Armoured Toyota Hilux (8th generation); Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser 76 series (LC76); andArmoured Toyota Land Cruiser 79 series (LC79).
