72550-PK RFB No: PK-SIDA-536568-CW-RFB Issued on: 10th March, 2026 The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Water & Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Canal Modernization & Rehabilitation Works of Thatt Minor, under the Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project.
The Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority (SIDA) now invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the “Canal Modernization & Rehabilitation Works of Thatt Minor, under Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project” located in the district Sukkur of Sindh Province, Pakistan.
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, November, 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
