Scope overview

The Contract Works can generally be summarised as the following: These Contract Works are part of Marshland Road Canal Reserve's renewal of timber-lined drains at the end of their asset life, which has been broken into two phases. Phase one has been previously tendered, and construction is complete.

The purpose of this RFQ is to engage a Contractor to complete Phase 2, the scope of work of which is to renew the timber lined drain in Marshland Road from 297 Marshland Road (D10) to 794 Marshland Road (D01 � D03).

This contract will be delivered as two Separable Portions: SP1: Marshland Road � 297 (D10) to 481 (D08) - Non-Lamprey section and Marshland Road � 481 (D07) to 509 (D04) � 2025 Lamprey section SP2: Marshland Road � 794 (D01 � D03) - 2026 Lamprey section
