Compensation assumptions: CARE NET (CN) IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT HAS ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH GATEWAY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (GWC) A PROFESSIONAL FUNDRAISER THAT WILL ASSIST CN VIA CONSULTING AND TELEMARKETING SERVICES TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THEIR CHARITABLE PURPOSE. GWC WILL BE PAID $3.75 PER LIVE CALL, $52 TO $70 PER CALLING HOUR DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF CAMPAIGN TO BE CONDUCTED.
