Scope overview
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the upfit of a 2023 Ford Transit 350 Cargo Van. The modification is necessary to add seating for up to 8 people who may be carrying specialty equipment. The contractor must provide all necessary materials for the requirement and install the equipment in the Cargo Van. The Cargo Van must be transported to and from Fredericton, NB for the upfit. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2026. There is a security requirement. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: ATL_Bid_Receiving@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
