Scope overview
Het voorwerp van de opdracht is een concessie van openbare werken die betrekking heeft op de herinrichting van de dienstenzones te Waasmunster (E17 beide richtingen +/- kmp 80.2 tot kmp 80.9) rekening houdend met de hedendaagse noden zoals onder andere ultrasnelladers voor personen- en vrachtvervoer.
Onder dienstenzone wordt de zone langs de autosnelweg verstaan waar aan de weggebruiker een aantal basisdiensten en producten wordt aangeboden. Onder kiosk wordt een klein (maximaal circa 250m² grondoppervlakte “footprint” en afgestemd op de beschikbare ruimte en perceelsvorm) vrijstaand gebouw bedoeld met een beperkt exploitatie aanbod.
