Андрианов чарк “ В предметния обхват на обществената поръчка са включени следните дейности: • Осъществяването на консултантска дейност за упражняване на строителен надзор, по смисъла на Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и нормативните документи по неговото приложение за изпълнение на СМР .
• Съставяне на технически паспорт на обекта, за който е упражнил строителен надзор по време на строителството: път BLG3023 /III-8406/ Белица – м. Андрианов чарк; • Окончателен доклад до Възложителя, съгласно изискванията на чл. 168, ал. 6 от ЗУТ, след приключване на строителните и монтажни работи за обектите, за които изпълнителят е упражнил строителен надзор по време на строителството. В съответствие с чл. 48, ал.
1 от ЗОП необходимите характеристики на предмета на обществената поръчка са подробно индивидуализирани в Техническата спецификация на изискванията на Възложителя.
