Scope overview

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, New York City Police Department ( NYPD ) intends to enter into sole-source agreement with Tactical Support Equipment to purchase Nyxcell cellular products and warranty for NYPD's Technical Assistance Response Unit.

The Nyxcell cellular products will be utilized by the Department s Telephony team, specialized to conduct cellphone tracking of violent criminals when court ordered. Any vendor besides Tactical Support Equipment that believes it can provide Nyxcell cellular products and warranty tailored to meet NYPD s needs is invited to do so.
