Scope overview
By way of supporting the delivery of the Frongoch construction contract, which has been let by way of a Procurement Act 2023 compliant open tender, a contract is required for the delivery of NEC project management and site supervision services. The construction works will be delivered under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract Main Option A.
