MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS THAT CHARITY WILL RECEIVE IS 59% WITH MAXIMUM PROCEEDS RANGING FROM 74-85%. SEE EXHIBIT B IN THE CONTRACT FOR FURTHER DETAILS. SEPARATE FROM FUNDRAISING COSTS, BOOSTER CHARGES A ONE TIME BASE COST FEE REFERENCED IN RECITAL 4 OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT.
THE PAID SOLICITOR'S COMPENSATION FOR THE CAMPAIGNS RESULTING IN GROSS RECEIPTS UP TO $35,000 AND $130,001 WILL VARY FROM 41% AND 35% BASED ON A SLIDING SCALE OF THE CONTRACT. BOOSTER EXPECTS TO RAISE A TOTAL OF $110,842 FOR THE TOTAL CAMPAIGN. THE SCHOOL PROFIT RAISED FOR THIS AMOUNT IS ESTIMATED AT $65,396
