BY PARTNERING WITH NATIONALS IN EACH OF THE COUNTRIES THEY SERVE, CHILDREN OF THE NATIONS CARE FOR CHILDREN FROM INFANCY TO ADULTHOOD. Compensation assumptions: IN CONSIDERATION OF TCA'S FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE OF ITS RESPONSIBILITIES AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, CHILDREN OF THE NATIONS HEREBY AGREES TO PAY TCA $500.00 PER CONFIRMED SPONSOR. TCA'S FEE SHALL BE PAYABLE FROM TIME TO TIME DURING THE TERM.
TCA SHALL PRESENT ITS PROPOSED CAMPAIGNS TO CHILDREN OF THE NATIONS FOR APPROVAL. AS PART OF THE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR EACH CAMPAIGN. TCA AND CHILDREN OF THE NATIONS AGREE TO NEGOTIATE AND MUTUALLY PROJECT THE NUMBER OF CONFIRMED SPONSORS REASONABLY ANTICIPATED TO BE ACQUIRED DURING EACH CAMPAIGN (THE 'GOAL'), PROVIDED THAT FAILURE TO MEET THE GOAL SHALL NOT BE DEEMED A BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT.
CHILDREN OF THE NATIONS SHALL NOT BE MAKING ANY ADVANCE PAYMENTS OF TCA'S FEE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
