Scope overview
Les travaux consistent en la rénovation de l’étanchéité d’une dalle de parking extérieure carrossable située à l’Avenue Pierre-Decker 2-6, 1005 Lausanne. La dalle présente d’importants problèmes d’infiltrations d’eau, ayant provoqué une humidité marquée dans les locaux situés en sous-face, notamment les cuisines de l’hôpital Nestlé, rendant certains espaces non utilisables.
Les interventions comprendront la dépose de l’étanchéité existante, la préparation et la réparation du support béton, ainsi que la mise en œuvre d’un nouveau système d’étanchéité adapté à l’usage carrossable de la dalle, afin de supprimer durablement les infiltrations.
