Project Director, Maharashtra Project on Climate Resilient Agriculture (PoCRA phase-II) Govertment of Maharashtra, Mumbai now invites online bids from eligible bidders for invited Procurement of Cloud telephony services with native web socket API for real-time voice AI integration for PoCRA Phase -2 at locations as mentioned below: Maharashtra Project on Climate Resilient Agriculture (PoCRA), 30 B,Arcade, World Trade Center, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai-400005 Service provider fulfilling the eligibility criteria are invited to submit most competitive Bid (RFB) through e-procurement portal http://mahatenders.gov.in.
The duration of the contract will be 1 year and based on the satisfactory performance it will be extended 1 year. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations September 2023 for IPF Borrowers, is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders through e-procurement portal and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of [INR 10,000/-] and online submission of EMD deposit INR 3,00,000/- (refundable) for online submission of the application.
The method of payment will be [Net Banking through http://mahatenders.gov.in].[1] The document should be sent online on [ e-procurement –portal http://mahatenders.gov.in ] .[2] on or before 28.01.2026 up to 15.00 hours Only Electronic bidding will be permitted. Late bids will be not be accepted on portal (rejected).
Bids will be publicly opened online and the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend may be present at the address below on 28.01.2026 at 16.00 hours.
