The existing clubhouse is to be kept live and operational for the duration of the Phase 1 works. The existing pitches and services are to be kept live and operational for the duration of the works. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
