Scope overview
Coatesville seeks service for two additional buildings to be a part of their WAN. Please see RFP for full details. We are looking for a minimum of two strands per location however Doe Run may require more. If a dark fiber service is selected, the District will select the most cost-effective number of fiber strands that meet the needs of the District.
Prospective Vendors must direct and confine all inquiries and communications concerning this procurement to both the Issuing Officer(s) and E-Rate Consultant. Correspondence may only be made via e-mail for record-keeping purposes. Failure to confine communication may result in proposal disqualification.
One complete copy of the proposal must be submitted to the Issuing Officer and the E-Rate Consultant either electronically or as a hardcopy by Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 9 AM E.S.T Proposals are requested that are a turnkey, comprehensive solution that addresses all requirements set forth and/or any appendices. Pricing should include a breakdown of all costs.
