Scope overview
Through this RFP award, NY Foundling will deliver the following supportive services to youth enrolled in the program: 1) Provide academic advisement, assistance with coursework and support services to students in the College Choice Program; 2) Manage, administer, authorize, and track housing payments; and 3) Manage, administer and track college educational payments, after the application of available Education and Training Vouchers (ETV), financial aid, scholarships, etc., which may include, tuition and other mandatory school fees.
The RFP award amount is $5,751,369. ACS will be including an unallocated funding of $1,437,842.25 (25% of the contract total) for future expenses as part of the human/client services allowance initiative. Therefore, the total three-year contract amount is $7,189,211.25. The term of the award will be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, with two, 3-year renewal terms at ACS' discretion.
