Compensation assumptions: RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS (CHARITY AWARENESS, LLC) CHARITY AWARENESS IS THE AUTHORIZED DIRECT MAIL AGENT TO SOLICIT DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT COPOFS PROGRAMS AND GOALS.
THEY WILL ALSO PROVIDE THE RESOURCES REQUIRED TO CONDUCT SUCH FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS, INCLUDING: INITIAL AND ONGOING SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT, INITIATION AND ONGOING OPERATION OF DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGNS, PHYSICAL FACILITIES, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL, TRAINING, IT SERVICES AND SUPPORT, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD AND CHECK PROCESSING, PROCESSING AND MAILING OF DONOR PLEDGE SHEETS, AND SUCH OTHER ADDITIONAL SERVICES THE PARTIES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME MUTUALLY AGREE.
CHARITY AWARENESS WILL RECEIVE 72% OF GROSS CONTRIBUTIONS AND COFOP WILL RECEIVE 28% ON A WEEKLY BASIS ON ALL CLIENT PAYMENTS. CHARITY AWARENESS WILL RECEIVE 90% OF GROSS CONTRIBUTIONS AND COFOP WILL RECEIVE 10
