"This Form 470 and associated Request for Quote is for approximately (8) Transport Node Controllers and Shelves, modules, and transceivers, along with licensing, installation, configuration/activation, software, project management, and engineering. Review the RFQ for a complete list of items required. Vendors must download the attached RFQ and include the completed RFQ document in Excel format.
Vendors that do not provide pricing and E-Rate eligibility percentages may be disqualified. Vendors that use AI or an automated bidding system will be disqualified. Vendors that do not submit their bid before the deadline may be disqualified. Vendors must have a valid SPIN to bid.
