Scope overview
The purpose of the assignment is to deliver a digital communication campaign effectively disseminating results of the programme impact mid-term evaluation and promoting the Interreg North Sea Programme as a catalyst for positive change. The Service Provider will design and deliver the digital campaign concept and approach as well as a range of creative products for the campaign.
The campaign will make use of and build on the interviews, stories, quotes and infographics provided by the programme’s impact evaluation. The assignment entails close collaboration with both the Interreg North Sea Programme secretariat’s Communications Team and the service provider working on the impact evaluation.
