The work consists of but is not limited to: mobilization and demobilization; traffic control; grubbing; clearing and salvage; stripping; drilling, blasting and rock excavation; constructing rock embankment; roadway excavation; constructing subgrade, sub-base and base courses; constructing geosynthetic reinforced soil (GRS) embankments; removal and disposal of existing corrugated steel pipe; removing and disposing guiderail; installing corrugated steel pipes; supplying and applying calcium chloride; and environmental compliance.
