Road Construction Tender for Carpark and Playground Development Project

Note: Only tender submissions from tenderers pre-qualified for HDC Prequal Work Group "Road Construction" Complexity rating Simple B or higher will be considered for this tender. Request for Tender Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the construction of a new carpark to accommodate a new toilet block and the upgraded playground area.

The winning tenderer will need to provide evidence that they can complete the civil parts of this contract and also have significant project management abilities to ensure that communication and programming is followed by all separate contractors. They key works will be the civil engineering components of developing the new carpark, all required excavation works for the playground and safety surfacing.

There is also a perimeter fence required to be installed by the main contractor or sub-contractor.
