La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de conception-réalisation dans le cadre d'une opération de réhabilitation thermique de deux cent soixante-neuf (269) logements répartis en six bâtiments dans le quartier les Musiciens, Hameau Bizet Ouest et Hameau Rouget De Lisle Est, sis LES MUREAUX (78). La présente consultation est un marché de conception réalisation permettant, conformément à l'article L.
2171-2 du Code de la commande publique, à l'Acheteur de confier à un opérateur économique une mission portant à la fois sur l'établissement des études et l'exécution des travaux. Cette consultation est passée selon la procédure du dialogue compétitif, conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-5 et R. 2124-3 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché prévoit deux (2) tranches optionnelles.
La durée globale d'exécution est de trente-trois (33) mois, à compter de la notification du marché, laquelle vaut ordre de service de démarrage de la phase Conception
