Scope overview
Il concorso è per la fornitura di un sistema di cromatografia liquida LC-MS/MS Triplo Quadrupolo che permetta l’analisi di residui di processo, residui ambientali, residui di fitofarmaci e contaminanti simili nelle derrate alimentari, oggetti d’uso e acqua ad uso potabile. Inoltre, il sistema dovrà permettere una valutazione facilitata dell’analisi multi residuo.
Lo strumento comprende un cromatografo liquido ad altissime prestazioni (U-HPLC) dotato di pompa binaria, autocampionatore e modulo di termoregolazione delle colonne, accoppiato ad un rivelatore di massa a triplo quadrupolo. Quest’ultimo garantisce elevata selettività, sensibilità e robustezza nell’identificazione e quantificazione dei composti.
L’ampio intervallo dinamico e l’elevata velocità di acquisizione in modalità MRM consentono l’analisi simultanea di numerosi analiti. È inoltre fondamentale che il sistema sia integrato con un software che permetta uno sviluppo di metodo e una modifica semplificata dei parametri strumentali, nonché una gestione agevole delle transizioni MRM.
Inclusa nell’offerta deve esserci la consegna, l’installazione, la messa in servizio degli apparecchi e un’istruzione in loco.
