Plus dans le détail: mener les études-d'avant projet et projet sous la coordination de l'architecte mandataire - rédiger les appels d'offre - préparer les compléments nécessaires au dossier d'autorisation de construire, sous la direction de l'architecte mandataire - coordonner, suivre et garantir la bonne exécution des travaux en collaboration des autres spécialistes et sous la direction de l'architecte mandataire.
Le montant donnant droit aux honoraires, qui s’élève à 2'177'800 Chf HT, a été défini pour une estimation du coût total de l’opération effectuée par la Direction du Patrimoine Bâti (DPBA) en Janvier 2025. Estimation : CHF 415'000.-
