SOLICITUD DE OFERTAS ABIERTA NACIONAL Licitación Nacional Un Solo Sobre SDO Nº EC-MTOP-524037-CW-RFB CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LOS PUENTES VEHICULARES SOBRE LOS RÍOS: SHUSHUFINDI, LA NORTE Y QUILINDAÑA, INCLUIDOS ACCESOS VIALES, UBICADOS EN LA CARRETERA SHUSHUFINDI - AGUARICO 3, PROVINCIA DE SUCUMBÍOS La República del Ecuador ha recibido financiamiento del Banco Mundial (el “Banco”) en la forma de un préstamo, en adelante, el “Préstamo”, para financiar parcialmente el costo del Proyecto de Reconstrucción Resiliente de Emergencia, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos para efectuar los pagos estipulados en el contrato de construcción de los puentes vehiculares sobre los ríos: Shushufindi, La Norte y Quilindaña, incluidos accesos viales, ubicados en la carretera Shushufindi - Aguarico 3, Provincia de Sucumbíos.
El Ministerio de Infraestructura y Transporte (MIT) invita ahora a los Licitantes elegibles a presentar ofertas cerradas por construcción de los puentes vehiculares sobre los ríos: Shushufindi, La Norte y Quilindaña, incluidos accesos viales, ubicados en la carretera Shushufindi - Aguarico 3, Provincia de Sucumbíos, y un período de construcción de 150 días.
La adquisición se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de Solicitud de Ofertas con acceso al mercado Nacional descritos en las Regulaciones de Adquisiciones para Prestatarios en Proyectos de Inversión publicadas por el Banco Mundial, cuarta edición, noviembre del 2020 (“Regulaciones de Adquisiciones”) .
Los licitantes elegibles que estén interesados podrán obtener los documentos de solicitud de ofertas en el portal https://www.mit.gob.ec/licitacion-de-obras-mtop/ Las ofertas deberán hacerse llegar en sobre cerrado a la dirección indicada abajo, a más tardar a horas 14h00 del 05 de enero de 2026. Las ofertas electrónicas no serán permitidas. Las ofertas que se reciban fuera de plazo serán rechazadas.
Las ofertas se abrirán inmediatamente después del cierre de presentación de ofertas en presencia de los representantes de los licitantes que deseen asistir en persona en la dirección indicada al final de este llamado.
