L'appel d'offres est une mise en concurrence d’un contrat à prix forfaitaire, pour la construction d’un batiment parascolaire/scolaire de 1835m2 de surface sur 4 niveaux THPE Mopec, en Entreprise Totale selon le descriptif général de la construction et autres annexes techniques fournies au dossier.
Phase 1 : Dès mi-juin 2026, travaux de modification de réseaux, de travaux spéciaux et de terrassement et tunnel sur l’emprise du préau seront à exécuter durant les vacances estivales 2026. L’ensemble des travaux prévus à cette phase devront être impérativement achevés pour le 7 août au plus tard afin de permettre la reprise des cours.
Phase 2 : Dès mi-juin 2026 travaux de construction du bâtiment : L’ensemble des travaux prévus à cette phase devront être impérativement achevés pour le 13 août 2027
