Domestic bidders shall have a certificate of competency from the Ministry of UrbanDevelopment and Construction or Regional Construction Authorities with Category WWC, a renewed trade license, and any bidder who has Drilling Experience for the bidding period 2018 E.C. Any bidder who wins all Lots can only pass one Lot. CommercialRegistrationCertificate, Renewed Water Work Construction (WWC)Trade license and those who have Drilling Experience for the biddingperiod 2018 E.C. A tax clearance certificate, which is valid for the bid submission date, that permits the bidder to participate in any public tender. • The bidding procedure to be followed is a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit the original and two photocopies eachof the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal. The Technical Proposal shall include the wax-sealed Original, First Photocopy, Second Photocopy, and the Bid Security (CPO), each placed inaseparate envelope. These envelopes shall then be enclosed together in one larger envelope clearly marked “Technical Proposal.”The Financial Proposal shall include the wax-sealed Original, First Photocopy, and Second Photocopy, each placed in a separate envelope. These shall then be enclosed in one larger envelope clearly marked “Financial Proposal.”
• Finally,theentiresetofdocuments-boththeTechnical ProposalandtheFinancial Proposal-shall be enclosed in asingle wax-sealed outer envelope, which shall clearly bear all necessary information regarding the Bidder, the Employer, and the relevant Project details.
