- The KISUMU NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the EAST AFRICA SKILLS FOR TRANSFORMATION AND REGIONAL INTEGRATION PROJECT and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Works and related services as detailed below.
- The KISUMU NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the works and services for construction of a Ginnery shade at the The Regional flagship TVET Institute for Textile Technology Ref:KE-KISUMUPOLY-530852-CW-RFB.
- Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) and The National Standard Bid Documents.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The Kisumu National Polytechnic, procurement@kisumupoly.ac.ke and inspect the bidding document during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1600 hours EAT at the address given below
- The bidding document in ENGLISH may be downloaded from www.kisumupoly.ac.ke , www.tenders.go.ke or be collected by interested Bidder from The Kisumu National Polytechnic upon payment of KES 1,000 through banker’s cheque
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 3RD March 2026 11.00 Hours EAT. Electronic Bidding WILL NOT be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 3RD March 2026 AT 11.00 Hours EAT.
- All Bids must be accompanied by Bid -Security of Kenya shillings 150,000.00.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
