INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) Construction works of two small-scale irrigation scheme projects at different kebeles Procurement Reference Number: ET-OROMIA DABO H WOR-FSRP-516796-CW-RFB The Dabo Hana Woreda Agriculture and Land Office intends to apply parts of the allocated budget of the Food System Resilience Program financed by the World Bank (IDA) toward the cost of the Construction of Two Small-Scale Irrigation Schemes Project in Oromia National Regional State, BunoBedeleZone, and Dabo Hana Woreda.

The Dabo Hana Woreda Agriculture and Land Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the table below Project. The names, locations, and amounts of bid security for this construction project are/indicated in the table below.

Invited Bidders should fulfill the following requirements & other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder’s compliance Water construction certificate and TIN certificate Valid trade license or business organization registration certificate Valid tax clearance certificate for 2018 E.C. Renewed Construction License for 2018 E.C.

Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations, and the bidding procedure to be followed is a Single-Stage Two-envelope procedure.

A complete set of bidding documents in the English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500 (five hundred ETB) for each project, starting from the day of announcement in this newspaper for 30 (thirty) continuous days at working hours . The method of payment will be depositing the Money tele birr Short Code 589307/ Operator ID 818855.

and taking a receipt from the Dabo Hana Woreda Revenue Authority, and taking the SBD from Dabo Hana Woreda Agriculture and Land Office, The Bidder shall deliver the Bid in two separate, sealed envelopes (the Original Technical Part, Original Bid security, and two (2) copies of the Technical Part). These 4 (Four) envelopes are enclosed in a separate sealed outer envelope marked “TECHNICAL PART”.

And the Bidder shall submit each sealed (The Original Financial Part & two (2) Copies of the financial part).

These 3(Three) envelopes shall be enclosed in a separate sealed outer envelope marked “FINANCIAL PART.” Finally, the Bidder shall place both of these envelopes in a separate, sealed outer envelope marked “TECHNICAL PART” and “FINANCIAL PART” shall be enclosed in one separate sealed outer envelope for submission to the Employer. 4.

Bids must be delivered to the address below up to or before Thursday, January 22, 2026, G.C. at 10:00 A.M or 4:00 local time(Morning). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security indicated in the above table. Late bids will be rejected.

Technical offers, and Bid security of the bidders will be opened by Woreda Technical Committee in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the same date, Thursday , January 22, 2026 G.C at 10:30 A.M or 4:30 local time(Morning 5.

A bid security in the form of a Cash Payment Order (CPO) or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee must be submitted as stated above, in the name of The Dabo Hanaworeda Finance Office 6. The Bid validity period shall be: 90days (Ninety) Calendar days after the latest date for submission of bid. 7.
