The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office Jos intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Lot 1 : The Construction of central Pig Abattoir in Jos South LGA (Kugiya market) Lot 2: Construction of 6 slaughterhouses in Shendam, Mangu, Jos South, Pankshin, Langtang North, and Bassa LGAs Lot 3: Provision of Integrated Waste Management System in Jos main Abattoir.

The Plateau L-PRES now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Lot 1 : The Construction of central Pig Abattoir in Jos South LGA (Kugiya market) Lot 2: Construction of 6 slaughterhouses in Shendam, Mangu, Jos South, Pankshin, Langtang North, and Bassa LGAs Lot 3: Provision of Integrated Waste Management System in Jos main Abattoir in Plateau State with a completion period of 12 months.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Project Coordination Office - Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Adjacent NDA Base Camp Angle D Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-1600 at the address given below.

The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) only for one Lot. Any single interested firm can purchase a maximum of two (2) lots only.

The method of payment will be by direct transfer in favour of the following account: 1210440822- Zenith Bank, Account Name: Plateau State L-PRES Govt Cp Fund Ac. Proof of payment to be presented at the address below. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon (local time) on Wednesday March 18th , 2026 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12 noon on Wednesday March 18th , 2026 .

All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” in the amount stated above and a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
