The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, State Coordination Office (SCO), Taraba State intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of Loading Ramps, Rehabilitation of Livestock Market and Rehabilitation and Construction of Slaughter Slabs in Taraba State.

The Taraba L-PRES now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Loading Ramps, Rehabilitation of Livestock Markets and Construction of Slaughter Slabs in Taraba State with a completion period of 6 months) 3. Bidding shall be conducted through Open National Procurement (ONP) Process using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Revised Edition of February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Project Coordination Office - Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, No. 9, Suleiman Zubairu Street, Off Jolly Nyame Road, Jalingo, Taraba State, Nigeria and purchase the Bidding document during office hours 0900 - 1600 at the address given above. 6.

The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN 100,000.00) only for each package.

The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following: Bank: Zenith Bank; Acct No.: 1310304626; Acct Name: Taraba St L-PRES Project Bidding Account; Proof of payment to be presented at the address above. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. 7.

Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 12 noon on Tuesday, 23rd December, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12 noon on Tuesday, 23rd December, 2025. 8.

All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of the amount stated in the table above. 9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 10.
