NTCHEU DISTRICT COUNCIL REQUEST FOR QUOTATION ISSUED ON :29TH January 2025 Procurement Reference number: MW-NUDC-2025-2026-CW-RFQ Ntcheu District Council received funds from World Bank under Governance to Enable Service Delivery (GESD) project in financial year 2025-2026 for implementation of various projects in the district.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source country. A bidder shall be required to obtain a certificate of registration from the National Construction Industry Council demonstrating registered contractor status, as a condition of contract award. 3.
