The scope of works for the Contractors will include, but not limited to, construction of the following main components;
- Construction of Khuwi Police Unit and a double VIP toilet and a Staff House and a single VIP toilet and Water reticulation system
Ntchisi District Council therefore invites qualified contractors to perform the tasks on the particular works for construction of a Police Unit and staff house at Khuwi police unit. Mandatory Pre-bid and site visit meeting will be conducted at: Place: Ntchisi District Council Office, Date: 15th December, 2025, Time: 09:30 hours Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2025) and is open to all eligible bidders. 1 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ntchisi District Council Offices; attention – Procurement and Disposal Officer [email: bandasiphiwe82@gmail.com]. Soft copies of the bidding documents maybe shared upon request by interested bidders.
