The contract realization period for will be 12 months. In case of participation, the Bidder shall provide the appropriate License indicating the level of responsibility for the construction and reconstruction of buildings (copies), issued by the State Agency for Architecture and Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. • Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” issued on July 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Director of PIU, Toktorbaeva Zhyldyz, e-mail: erikprocurement@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09-00 to 17:00 hours (Bishkek time) at the address given below. • The bidding document in Russian language may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the e-mail: erikprocurement@gmail.com. Documents will be sent through e-mail. • Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15-00 hours (Bishkek time) December 26, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
