• The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial aid from the World Bank to cover the costs of the Second Regional Economic Development Project in the Batken region (REDP-2) and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract for the Construction of the Building of the Public Service Center in Kadamjay City. Under this Contract, the Borrower will make payments using the direct payment method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
• Hereby the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, on behalf of mayor's office of Kadamjay city in Batken region, invites eligible bidders to submit applications in sealed envelopes for Construction of the Building of the Public Service Center in Kadamjay City.
• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers issued in September 2023. ("Procurement Rules"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Rules.

Pre-tender meeting to tender with bidders will be held at 14:00 hrs. of local time on December 19, 2025 at the address below.

• Bids must be delivered to the address below before 14:00 (Bishkek time) on January 16, 2026. Bidding in electronic form is not provided. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
