Bonaya Boshe Woreda Finance Office/ Agriculture and Land Office intends to apply parts of allocated budget of Food System Resilience Program financed by the World Bank (IDA) toward the cost of the Construction LOT-1 Timbako Upgrading Small Scale Irrigation and LOT-2 Harangama rehabilitation Small Scale Irrigation , and intends to invites sealed bids from eligible bidders as indicated in the table below.

The employer, now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors with WWC to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for the construction and completion of the above Site projects. 3. Bidding will be conducted through a Request for Bid (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested, eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Bonaya Boshe Woreda Agricultural Office, 9 Or Woreda FSRP focul person Room, during Office hours. 6.

A complete set of Request for Bid documents in the English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 3000(three thousand) for each Lot. starting from Decemeber 26/2025. at working hours.

The method of payment will be depositing the Money in Bonaya Boshe finance Account No.1071351651212(Sinke bank) and taking a receipt from the 3 Room. 7. The bidding procedure to be followed is a single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Bidders are required to submit Original and two photocopies each of the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.The Technical Proposal shall include the wax-sealed Original, First Photocopy, Second Photocopy, and the Bid Security (CPO), each placed in a separate envelope.

These envelopes shall then be enclosed together in one larger envelope clearly marked “Technical Proposal.”The Financial Proposal shall include the wax-sealed Original, First Photocopy, and Second Photocopy, each placed in a separate envelope. These shall then be enclosed in one larger envelope clearly marked “Financial Proposal.” 8.

Finally, the entire set of documents-both the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal-shall be enclosed in a single wax-sealed outer envelope, which shall clearly bear all necessary information regarding the Bidder, the Employer, and the relevant Project details Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 9:00 A.M.

on 22 January 2026, and must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 and 300,000.00 (five hundred thousand and three hundred thousand ETB) respectively for each lot in the form of a (CPO) or an Unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee only. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. 9.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at 9:30 A.M., on 22 January 2026 at the offices of Bonaya Boshe Woreda administration Office Room No.2. 10. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after the bid closing period. 11. Bonaya Boshe Woreda reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
