The embassy owns, rents and manages several properties throughout the city of Paris and its surrounding suburbs. These properties are used to house Canadian diplomatic personnel. When the kitchens of these properties no longer meet the standards of quality and cleanliness expected by the Paris mission, most will be renovated during the diplomat relocation season, which runs from June to September each year.

Scope The Canadian embassy in Paris, France requires the services of a contractor with skills and professional experience in the acquisition and installation of new kitchens. The contractor must ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards. Bidders’ Conference A Bidders’ conference will be held virtually, in French, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
