: ET-OROMIA DENDI WOR-FSRP-518002-CW-RFB/25 DandiWoredaAgriculture and Land Office intends to apply part of the allocated budget of the Food System Resilience Program financed by the World Bank (IDA) toward the cost of construction works of 5(five) of Micro household Irrigation Projects.DendiWoreda Agriculture and Land Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders construction works of the 5 (five) micro households irrigation projects.

DendiWoreda Agriculture and Land office now invites Drilling contractors to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for construction and Completion of the above irrigation project.

1) Invited bidders should fulfill the following requirements and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder’s compliance; i) Domestic bidders shall have a certificate of competency from the Ethiopian Construction Authority or the appropriate regional construction authority with category Drilling contractor.

ii) Commercial registration certificate , iii) Renewed trade license for the bidding period , iv) Tax clearance certificate, which is valid for the bid submission date, that permits the bidders to participate in any public tenders, v) TIN and VAT registration certificates 2) The bidding will be conducted through a national competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.

3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from DendiWoreda Agriculture and Land Office.

4) A complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Dendi Woreda finance office, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2000.00(two thousand birr) in cash for this project, starting from the date of this notice 5) The bidders shall submit one original and two copies for both the technical proposal and the financial offer.

The technical proposal shall be sealed in such a way that “one Technical original”, “Technical copy-1”, “Technical copy-2”, and “bid security” shall be sealed in separate envelopes and labeled as “one original document”, “technical copy-1”, “technical copy-2” and “bid security” respectively, and then placed in another outer envelope and labeled as “Technical document and Bid security.

The financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that “one financial original”, “financial copy-1” and “financial copy-2” each of these to be sealed in separate envelopes and labeled as“financial original, “financial copy-1 and financial copy-2, respectively; then placed in another outer envelope and labeled as “Financial offer’’.

Then the bidder should submit both envelopes (Technical documents and financial documents) in a Single envelope, which is labeled as“both technical and financial documents”. Lot-1 400,000 New 2 Construction Works of Micro Household Irrigation project (Gugsa 2nd and Burka Dimtu) Kebeles. Lot-2 250,000 6) Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before 5 February 2026 G.C at 10:00 A.M. (morning). All bids must be accompanied by bid security indicated in the table above. Late bids will be automatically rejected.

7) Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land Office will open the Bid Documents of the bidders and a bid opening Committee of officials in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the same date, 5 February 2026, G.Cat 10:30 A.m.
