3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land Office. 4) A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Dendiworeda finance office, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2000.00 (Two Thousand birr) in cash for this project, starting from the date of this notice.

5)The bidders shall submit one original and two copies for both the technical proposal and the financial offer.

The technical proposal shall be sealed in such a way that “one Technical original”, “Technical copy-1”, “Technical copy-2” and “bid security” each of these shall be sealed in separated envelopes and labeled as “one original document”, “technical copy-1”, “technical copy-2” and “bid security” respectivelyand then placed in another outer envelope and labeled as “Technical document and bid security’’.Financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that “one financial original”, “financial copy-1” and “financial copy-2” each of these to be sealed in separate envelopes and labeled as “financial original, “financial copy-1 and financial copy-2 respectively; then placed in another outer envelopes and labeled as “Financial offer’’.

9) The bid validity shall be: ninety (90) calendar days after the latest date for submission of bid. 10) The Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
